Mount Fuji Distillery Single Grain - Aged in Bourbon Barrels
The Mount Fuji distillery, which is none other than the Kirin distillery renamed to pay tribute to its illustrious 12 km neighbour, Mount Fuji, is launching its first Single Grain.
Building on its expertise as a distiller of grain whiskies (Kirin Single Grain 25 year old was voted best Single Grain in the world in 2019), Mount Fuji Distillery has blended three types of grain whiskies: light (column distilled), medium (Batch Kettle distilled) and intense (Doubler still distilled, a world first outside of Bourbon lands).
