The Domaine du Coquerel is expanding its "Les Inédits" collection with this Finition Pommeau, which is the result of a blend of Calvados aged between 7 and 12 years in French oak barrels before undergoing a 7-month finish in ex-Pommel barrels from Normandy.
This cuvée easily proves that if the family house directed by Jean-François Martin has remained faithful to traditions, it also likes to innovate and masters perfectly the art of ageing.
